Hey there, I’m Hillary!

I’m Hillary- a busy mom of two, a wife and entrepreneur. Unfortunately a healthy lifestyle does not come naturally to me. I’m a recovering sugar feen and I really have to push myself to get any exercising done.

I have gone up and down with my weight and have successfully been able to stay at my ideal weight after giving birth twice. Most importantly I have been able to feel healthy. For me, and my coaching, it is not about a number (i.e. weight, dress size, etc.) it is about our overall health. There’s been times where I have been my lowest weight, but not healthy in the slightest.
